Realtors
I work with Realtors by building relationships with the best in
the business. I prefer only referals of Realtors from people that had excellent
experiences. Only Realtors with excellent reputations will be considered for
partnerships from cold calls.
That said, the reason I pick excellent Realtors is that I want
the entire home purchase experience to be excellent and I believe that I bear
some personal responsibility in every step going well. I communicate with
Realtors as my customers work on purchasing a home and if the Realtor doesn't
work as hard for the customer as I do, the relationship will not work well and
the deal could have issues. So, I have high standards.
Conversely, if you are a Realtor that meets these expectations,
I do deliver! I communicate well as often as you wish and by whatever method
you choose (emails, phone calls, faxes, mailed letters). And, I always deliver
on my promises. I will close your loans in the time frame I give you - you can
bank on my word.
